NOTICE OF FILING FINAL ACCOUNTING AND PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

the Ward.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kimberly L. Fairweather-Baker and Eamon F. McWilliams, Co-Plenary Guardians of Mark Edward William Baker (the “Ward”), have filed their Final Accounting and Petition for Discharge with the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, in the above-referenced matter.
The Guardians will apply to said Court for an Order of Discharge on July 21st, 2026, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard. The domicile of the Ward has been changed from Collier County, Florida, to Florence County, South Carolina, pursuant to Section 744.524, Florida Statutes. Jurisdiction over the Ward will be transferred to the State of South Carolina.
Any interested person who objects to the Final Accounting or the Petition for Discharge must file a written objection with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Probate Division, Collier County Courthouse, stating with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds upon which the objection is based. Said objection must be filed within thirty (30) days from the later of: (i) the date of service of the Petition for Discharge upon the receiving-state guardian in South Carolina, or (ii) the date of first publication of this Notice. Fla. Stat. § 744.524 (2025); Fla. Prob. R. 5.670(b)-(h) (2025).
Any interested person who files an objection must also file a Notice of Hearing within ninety (90) days after filing the objection, or the objection will be deemed abandoned. Fla. Prob. R. 5.670(d) (12), (g)(h) (2025).
