Final Judgment was awarded on May 28, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025CA000729AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and NICO SAMMICK LEE; KAYLA D. WHITE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NICO SAMMICK LEE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAYLA D. WHITE; CODDINGTON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on July 29, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, CODDINGTON PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
