Final Judgment was awarded on May 28, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025CA002251, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and KIM N. FISHER A/K/A KIM N. FISHER BLAKENEY and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on July 29, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, TALIESCENT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 102-103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
