Final Judgment was awarded on June 1, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025 CA 001181, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF ANGEL OAK MORTGAGE TRUST 2022-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2022-3 is the Plaintiff, and NIKKI SONEKEO; VIRABANDITH VICTOR SONGBANDITH A/K/A VIRABANDITH SONGBANDITH; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE are Defendants.

TO THE INTERSECTION WITH THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 8, FOR THE END OF SAID LINE, SAID POINT LYING N 12 DEGREES 00’00” W, A DISTANCE OF 192.00 FT. FROM THE S.W.
