NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2026, and entered in Case No. 412025CA002881CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Paul A. Lariviere a/k/a Paul Lariviere; Unknown Spouse of Paul A. Lariviere a/k/a Paul Lariviere; Pointe West Homeowners’ Association, Inc.; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Barclays Bank Delaware, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 5th day of August, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
