NOTICE OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS’ CLOSED ATTORNEY-CLIENT MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Epperson North Community Development District (“District”) will hold a closed attorney-client meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at Epperson North Lakehouse, 9045 Ivy Stark Blvd., Wesley Chapel, Florida 33545.
The attorney-client session, which will be closed to the public pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, relates to discussion of settlement negotiations and strategy related to litigation in the matters of Floralawn, Inc. vs. Epperson North Community Development District, Case Number 2025-CC-008482-ES, Epperson North, LLC v. Epperson North Community Development District, et al, Case Number 2025-CA-1113, and Epperson North Community Development District v. Heidt Design, LLC, Case Number 2020-CA-2703, all cases pending in the Circuit and/or Courts for Pasco County. The subject matter of the closed attorney-client shade session shall be confined to settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to ongoing litigation.
The persons attending the attorney-client session shall be limited to the following: Angel Petti Rosenberg, Esq., Patrick Dervishi, Esq., Henry Paul, Esq., Guy Shir, Esq., Carlos Alvarez, Supervisor, Garrett Marshall, Supervisor, Jenna O’Brien, Supervisor, Jessica Pisculli, Supervisor, and a court reporter. The attorney-client session is estimated to last 3 hours and will be transcribed by a court reporter.
