NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. online at hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat., the following described real property:
North 1 ½ feet of Lot 23 and North 1 ½ feet of West ½ of Lot 22 and Lots 34 to 38 Inclusive Block 3, according to the Plat, thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 92, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 803 East 128th Avenue Tampa, FL 33612-4412
All of the Rights and Benefits of the Mortgagor under any present or future leases and agreements relating to the property, including, without limitation, rents, issues and profits, or the use or occupancy thereof together with any extensions and renewals thereof, specifically excluding all duties or obligations of the Mortgagor of any kind arising thereunder (the “LEASES”).
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2025-CA-010233 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interested in the surplus from the sale, if any other than the property owner as of the date of Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
