NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 5th day of May 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-002435, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT TRUST V, is the Plaintiff and WHITE ACQ, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company; RIZ NOORANI; JASON WHITE; SUN PLUMBING, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Victor D. Crist the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of July 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 3, OAK MONT NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
