NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-012000 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee for the registered holders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-1, is Plaintiff and Elizabeth A. Humphrey a/k/a Elizabeth Humphrey; Unknown Spouse of Elizabeth A. Humphrey a/k/a Elizabeth Humphrey, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 29th day of July, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 3 OF FIFTEENTH STREET SITES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 46 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1517 East Mcberry Street, Tampa, Florida 33610
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
