NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 8th day of May 2026, in Case No. 2025-CA-006817, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and EBONY SIMMONS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EBONY SIMMONS; LAILYNN M REYES SIMMONS; SERENO OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; VISTA PALMS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Victor D. Crist the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, the Clerkâs website for on-line auctions at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of July 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
