NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 24-CA-010259 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Jose Velez, Deceased and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 9, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4 IN BLOCK 9, OF LAKEMONT HILLS, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, ON PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
