Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure on Non-homestead, Residential Real Property entered on May 6, 2026, in Case Number 25-CA-4510 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein William H. Ward and Janice P. Ward a/k/a Jaince P. Ward, as Co Trustees of the Ward Family Trust dated 2-14-2020 are the plaintiffs, and Heather Olson, as trustee of the Cape Hatteras Trust dated 3-14-2024, Heather Olson, individually, Workforce Housing Authority LLC, a dissolved Florida limited liability company, unknown tenant in possession 1 N/K/A Brian Yost and unknown tenant in possession 2 N/K/A Danielle Yost are the Defendants, that I, Kevin C. Karnes, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder, for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 A.M. EST on July 9, 2026 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions, in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 45, the following described real property in Lee County, Florida as set forth in said judgment described above:
Lots 20, 21, and 22, Block 620, Unit 21, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 149 through 173, inclusive, Public Records, Lee County, Florida.
