NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-CA-006519 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Chastity M. Gaskalla a/k/a Chastity Gaskalla; Cody E. Walker a/k/a Cody Walker; City of Fort Myers, Florida; Progressive Select Insurance Company as Subrogee for Kimberly M. Sabatello; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00a.m. on the July 16, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
