NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2026, and entered in Case No. 26-CC-1494 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HIDEAWAY COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Clifford Edward Crippen and Linda Lucille Crippen are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for online auctions, at 9:00 AM, on the 9th day of July, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 111, Building 1, of Merion Village Condominium at the Hideaway Country Club, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1722, page 4477, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
A/K/A: 5650 Trailwinds Drive, Unit # 111, Fort Myers, FL 33907
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
