NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 20, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 25-001106-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF ITS AGENCY, THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DIAN MORENCY, DECEASED; MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT NO. THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; KIMBERLY ANN HARDIMAN A/K/A KIM ANN HARDIMAN, AS POTENTIAL HEIR OF DIAN MORENCY; BRYAN ANDREW HOOD, AS POTENTIAL HEIR OF DIAN MORENCY; KAREN ANN MCGRIFF, AS POTENTIAL HEIR OF DIAN MORENCY are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on July 8, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.

BOOK 3258, PAGE 641, RE-RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3747, PAGE 833, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 19 THROUGH 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
