NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 1402, Building 14, of Venetia Country Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14909, Page(s) 1961, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Said property is commonly known as 200 Country Club Drive, Unit 1402, Largo, Florida 33771.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, at an online sale through the Clerk of the Court, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on July 14, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
