Couture a/k/a Teresa Couture and Gerald P. Couture a/k/a Gerald Couture are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00a.m. on the 23rd day of July, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
