NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on June 11, 2026 in Civil Action Case No. 25-CA-2840 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, at the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, located at 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on July 9, 2026, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida described as follows:
Condominium Unit #206, LESINA AT HAMMOCK BAY, a condominium together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 4194, Pages 1626, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
