Final Judgment was awarded on March 24, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2023CA006592, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DANIELLE SHARRE MCKNIGHT A/K/A DANIELLE MCKNIGHT, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; BRYON MCKNIGHT, JR.; DE’ZUAN BARNES; DIAUJA BLACK; DANYEL BLACK, JR.; DION BLACK are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on July 22, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 75, OF COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION TO WHITFIELD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
