NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will at 9:00 a.m. on the 8th day of July, 2026, at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
Lot 16, Block 2629, 52nd Addition to PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 13-13NN, of Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 25CC003727SC.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
