Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 26, 2026 in the above-styled Case Number 2026 CA 001308 NC in the Circuit Court of Sarasota, Florida, that Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of Court of Sarasota County Florida, shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Lot 64, GLEN OAKS MANOR HOMES, a Home Association, Phase 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 13, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property address of: 3725 Glen Oaks Manor Dr., Sarasota, FL 34232 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on JULY 7, 2026. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
