NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 27, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2026 CA 000442 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein KIAVI FUNDING, INC., Plaintiff and OPULENT HOMES LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on July 14, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOT 7, LOMA LINDA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
