NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025CA004039CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Christine T. Bocanfuso a/k/a Christine Bocanfuso; Unknown Spouse of Christine T. Bocanfuso a/k/a Christine Bocanfuso; The Groves Golf & Country Club Master Association, Inc.; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 4th day of August, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
