NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 20, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-000531 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC. is Plaintiff and Nancy Jo Grossklag a/k/a Nancy J. Grossklag, as trustee of the Nancy J. Grossklag Living Trust dated November 2, 2021, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the July 9, 2026 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 39 AND 40, BLOCK 3254, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 2 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
