Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Foreclose
Judgment Debtor’s Interest in Pillar Cape Coral 1 LLC entered on June 3, 2026, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale the following property located in Lee County, Florida: 100% of the membership interest of Pillar Cape Coral 1 LLC at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, on the 9th day of July, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Order Granting Motion to Foreclose Judgment Debtor’s Interest in Pillar Cape Coral 1 LLC, and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
