NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-CA-4333 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Michelle Lynn Allen; Unknown Spouse of Michelle Lynn Allen are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the July 30, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 5 AND 6, BLOCK 1753, CAPE CORAL UNIT 45, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE(S) 122 THROUGH 134, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST HALF OF VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING SAID PROPERTY ON THE EAST AS VACATED IN RESOLUTIONS 4-96, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2684, PAGE 1035, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
