E., FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN S 90 DEGREES 00’ 00? W., 484.30 FEET MORE OR LESS ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SW 1/4 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
