NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on May 21, 2026 in Case No. 2024-CA-008035-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES (hereafter “Plaintiff”) and DINORAH LINARES; POINT TITLING TRUST; THE LAKES AT EAST PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (“Defendants”), Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on July 22, 2026 at 11:00am the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 106, OF THE LAKES AT EASTPARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, AT PAGES 44 THROUGH 51, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
