NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of June 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2026-CA-130 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of July 2026, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, First Floor Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit Week(s) No(s). 15, in Condominium Parcel 6, of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 959, Page 1957, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
