YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for quiet title, adverse possession and/or a declaratory judgment establishing a prescriptive easement, and a count for reformation concerning the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Park area lying North and East of Hillcrest Drive, as shown on the Plat of Harbor Hills, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 2, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Abigail H. Galati, Esq., Barnes Walker, Goethe, Perron, Shea & Robinson, PLLC, the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 3119 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before AUGUST 3, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
