Phillips, Esq., the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose office address is 12027 Whitmarsh Lane, Tampa, Florida, on or before 7/29/2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Mantatee County Circuit Civil Court, 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief requested in the Complaint.
