NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2024CA001248AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee COUNTY, Florida, wherein DATA MORTGAGE INC., DBA ESSEX MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and MARCIA H. LENSKI, et al. are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina Angel Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the July 22, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2106, River Club South Subphase II, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 29, Pages 125 through 143, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
