NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 4, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 532025CA000327000000 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, Plaintiff and ANDRES FERNANDO DIAZ; THE GROVES OF LEGACY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEGACY PARK MASTER HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ALFREDO R. RAMONDINI; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A PILAR MORERO are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on July 21, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
