BOOK 685, PAGE 306, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 141 THROUGH 144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
