NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2024CA001079CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Everett Financial, Inc. dba Supreme Lending is the Plaintiff and Traci McGuire; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 10th day of August, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
