Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 16, 2026, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Victor D. Crist, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 1, BOBBY WIGGINS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 601 WIGGINS COURT, PLANT CITY, FL 33566; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on August 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
