NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on June 18, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25-CA-007833 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein EDUARDO NUNEZ VILLEGAS, COLMEX TRADE LLC, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, VICTOR CRIST, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on August 19, 2026 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 6 AND 7, HAIMOVITZ RESUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3109 EAST NORTH BAY STREET, TAMPA, FL 33610 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
