NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale dated June 16, 2026 on the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 20, 2026, in Case No.: 25-CA-001105 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TH MSR HOLDINGS LLC, is Plaintiff, and SAMUEL H. SPEARS, ALLISON SPEARS, WALDEN LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, and SPECTRUM CREDIT UNION A/K/A SPECTRUM CU are Defendants, the Office of Victor D.
