NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgement dated June 15, 2026, and entered in Case No. 362025CA006107A001CH of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LAKE MICHIGAN CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff and GEOFFREY HUSA, SHANNON HUSA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEOFFREY HUSA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHANNON HUSA, DELTA BUILD SERVICES, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 the Defendants. Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 9:00 a.m. on 07/30/2026, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:

IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT BEFORE OR NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
