STEPHAN A/K/A KATHRYN STEPHAN; MICHAEL DEAN STANLEY; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. and GULF LYFE ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION LLC are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Kevin C. Karnes will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on July 30, 2026 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 AND 4, BLOCK 3263, CAPE CORAL UNIT 66, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 2 THROUGH 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
