Please call 239-338-8137 to arrange $11,118.41 payment in cash on day of sale to redeem motor vehicle or satisfy lien. Parties claiming interest have right to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has right to recover possession of vehicle without judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. Lien claimed by lienor is subject to enforcement pursuant to section 713.585 of FL Statute.
