County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF BRAVO RESIDENTIAL FUNDING TRUST 2024-NQM2 is Plaintiff and RICARDO BOLANOS RIASCOS; MELINDA ROY; PORTICO MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEVIN C. KARNES, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on July 23, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 793, OF PORTICO PHASE IIIB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2021000273091, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
