Final Judgment was awarded on March 11, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-002480-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, ONSLOW BAY FINANCIAL, LLC. is the Plaintiff, and COURTNEY M. GOOLSBY A/K/A COURTNEY GOOLSBY; JAMES HAFKE PLUMBING and PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 23, 2026 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 2, HIGH-POINT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
