That certain Condominium Parcel Described as Unit 23-E, Village on The Green Condominium III, Phase VII, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Village on The Green Condominium III, Phase VII, as recorded in Official Records Book 4941, page 1-62, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, page 114-124, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2531 Royal Pines Circle, #23-E, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 30, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
