BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 61, AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; RUN THENCE NORTH, A DISTANCE OF 81 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 14TH WAY NORTHEAST; RUN THENCE EAST A DISTANCE OF 117.01 FEET TO A POINT OF A CURVE; RUN THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 50 FEET, A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 16° 17’ 03”, AN ARC DISTANCE OF 14.21 FEET, A CHORD DISTANCE OF 14.16 FEET, A CHORD BEARING OF SOUTH 08° 08’ 31” WEST, BEING DESCRIBED ON SAID RECORD PLAT AS THE SEAWALL LINE; RUN THENCE SOUTH 66.98 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 61; RUN THENCE WEST, 115 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before /(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
