NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2026, and entered in Case No. 19-006299-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Cedar Properties Clearwater, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and Ayad Elayyan, Unknown Tenants and Parties in Possession, Paul Charles, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for Pinellas County, Florida, and the United States of America are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM EST on the 21st day of July, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 20 and 21, Block 4 of OVERBROOK SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 23, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
