NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-001203-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R8, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SEBASTIANO J. RICCIARDI A/K/A SEBASTIANO RICCIARDI; TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS, NO. 11-A, INC.; JOSEPH RICCIARDI; ANGELIQUE CECALA SCARPINATO; VINCENT JOSEPH PUGLIATTI; JENNIFER ROSE THOMPSON A/K/A JENNIFER RICCIARDI; LISA EGAN; JOSEPH LOPARRINO; JEANINE CECCOLI, are defendants. THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 208, SHOREVIEW EAST BUILDING, TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS NO. 11-A, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS NO. 11-A, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4736, PAGES 1617, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 103-105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
