DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R8, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SEBASTIANO J. RICCIARDI A/K/A SEBASTIANO RICCIARDI; TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS, NO. 11-A, INC.; JOSEPH RICCIARDI; ANGELIQUE CECALA SCARPINATO; VINCENT JOSEPH PUGLIATTI; JENNIFER ROSE THOMPSON A/K/A JENNIFER RICCIARDI; LISA EGAN; JOSEPH LOPARRINO; JEANINE CECCOLI, are defendants.
