BOUZAS A/K/A APOSTOLOS P. BOUZAS; DANA N. SANDERS; COQUINA COVE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are defendants, Laura E. Roth, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at www.volusia.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on April 1, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
