Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure dated the 18th day of February, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-007969-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein EQUITY TRUST COMPANY CUSTODIAN FBO DANIEL MANCINI IRA, 50.20% UNDIVIDED INTEREST, AND EQUITY TRUST COMPANY CUSTODIAN FBO CONSTANCE MANCINI IRA, 49.80% UNDIVIDED INTEREST, A PRIVATE LENDER, is the Plaintiff, and RE EQUITY INVESTMENT GROUP LLC, JONATHAN PAULINO, and the UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the defendants. Tiffany Moore Russell, the Clerk of Court of this Court, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on 31st day of March, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block D, PLANTATION UNIT ONE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book W, Page 39, of the public records of Orange County, Florida.
