NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 22, 2026 and entered in Case 2025-CA-005873-Oof the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein IVANHOE ALY ARAZ, is the Plaintiff(s) and PLAZA DE LAS FUENTES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION n/k/a LUISA PIMENTAL, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11 :00 a.m. on the 24 day of March, 2026 at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to-wit:
